It is very difficult to stop overeating. You need great self-control to eat smaller portions and to resist the desserts that we are within easy reach. When everything else fails, try this simple trick that ensures less appetite.

It will look like yet to learn how to use cutlery. Maybe it is complicated to try to do it during every meal, but perhaps at the main meal will help you not overeat more than the limit of satiety. After each bite, lower the cutlery, you must eat at the table, turn off the TV and focus on food. Chew each bite at least 50 times. Wait 20 minutes before the decision for dessert, clean up the remains of the table right away to not opt again “in attack”.
After eating, wash your teeth or taking chewing gum.
